BIOGRAPHY
Kailey Doukszewicz, born and raised just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, began her experience with dance at a very young age. For fifteen dedicated years, she trained in a variety of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, acro, and ballroom. Kailey prides herself on the versatility and range behind her dancing as an artist. During these years Kailey had a successful career as a competitive/convention dancer. As a young versatile artist in 2016, she had the opportunity to assist faculty members at Artists Simply Human including world-renowned members of the dance community such as Desmond Richardson, Dwight Rhoden, Judy Rice, Lisette Bustamante, Tovaris Wilson, and Greg Russell. Additionally, she attended the Rockette Summer Intensive and learned repertory of the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular.

After graduating high school in 2018 she went on to continue her dance training and education at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she graduated summa cum laude with her BFA in contemporary dance performance. While at the conservatory, Kailey performed numerous works by Esteemed choreographers including Margo Sappington, Daniel Pelzig, and Juel D. Lane.
Post- graduation, Kailey is now a Radio City Rockette performing in the world famous Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular. Kailey is also working as co- director of the professional assistant program on tour with West Coast Dance Explosion. This experience has given her the opportunity to work closely with the esteemed faculty including Nick Bowman, John Crutchman, Will Johnston, Gev Manoukian, Scott Myrick, Elizabeth Parkinson, Ashley Valerio, and Kim Wolf.

Kailey currently teaches and choreographs for studios in the New England area. Her continuing self-discovery as a dancer, artist, and educator has been enhanced by all of these experiences. Kailey is grateful for each of them and is excited for what the future will bring.
